Content Marketing Manager

About the role

Kuoni Tumlare’s Congress team in Prague is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to own and evolve the content marketing engine for its international congress services. Reporting to the Head of Congress, you will shape strategy across the website, email and social channels while building new processes and assets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the content marketing strategy for congress services, covering website, email and social media.
• Develop a rolling plan with clear objectives, measurable outcomes and regular performance reporting.
• Lead the inbound content programme for congress.kuonitumlare.com, producing long‑form articles, partner interviews and pillar content.
• Create a standardized approach to capture marketing material from each congress and build a central media asset bank.
• Use audience insights, performance data and AI tools to optimise campaigns and inform stakeholders.

Required profile

• Hands‑on B2B marketer who enjoys end‑to‑end channel ownership.
• Comfortable designing processes from scratch and iterating them.
• Curious lifelong learner who follows digital‑marketing trends and applies new thinking.
• Ability to present plans and results to senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools for content creation and optimisation.
