Corporate Governance Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an engaged and forward‑thinking Corporate Governance Specialist to strengthen our Legal Team. You will play a key role in maintaining the Group’s corporate structure and ensuring the smooth operation of internal governance processes. This position offers early‑career professionals valuable experience, close collaboration with senior colleagues, and growth within an international organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Corporate governance support: managing the Group’s corporate structure under senior supervision.
• Internal systems administration: updating and maintaining internal group management systems and corporate records.
• External communication: liaising with courts, notaries, administrative bodies, and external legal providers.
• Legal documentation: assisting in drafting internal legal documents, guidelines, and policies.
• Group‑wide projects: supporting cross‑group initiatives such as financing projects, acquisitions, and other strategic matters.

Required profile

• University degree in Law.
• At least 3 years of experience in corporate law, corporate governance, or legal operations.
• Native‑level Czech and fluent English.
• Strong understanding of corporate law, governance principles, and regulatory frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with contract management and knowledge of the Companies Act.
• Proactive, self‑driven mindset with the ability to take ownership.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• High level of engagement, responsibility, and attention to detail.
