Creative Designer for Global Brands

About the role

As our in‑house creative team expands, we are looking for a talented Designer to support the Creative team and deliver compelling digital assets for Asahi’s global brands. You will work closely with Senior Art Directors, digital and social teams to turn briefs into high‑quality designs that align with brand guidelines and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Produce creative work for websites, social media, email campaigns, digital advertising and other online platforms.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept through production, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with developers and UX teams to design intuitive user interfaces and build interactive prototypes using Adobe XD, Figma or Sketch.
• Create motion graphics, animation or interactive content to enhance user engagement.
• Work with cross‑functional teams and external partners to deliver integrated global campaigns.

Required profile

• University degree in design with 3‑4 years of experience in an in‑house or agency environment.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality brand and campaign designs.
• Strong visual storytelling, attention to detail and creative problem‑solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for presenting ideas and collaborating with colleagues.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.
• Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and WordPress.
