Customer Account Owner – French Market

About the role

Join AB InBev as a Customer Account Owner focused on the French market. You will be the single point of contact for incoming customer requests, ensuring smooth processing from first contact to final resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end process for customer contacts via phone, email, EDI platform, B2B portal and other channels.
• Delegate and follow up request resolutions with internal stakeholders such as logistics, finance, credit & collections.
• Lead sales missions including prospecting and market research within your scope.
• Manage multiple accounts as a Digital Account Manager, building long‑term commercial relationships.
• Process orders and requests according to defined SLAs to guarantee on‑time, in‑full delivery and invoicing.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or 1‑2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize workload and solve problems.

Required skills

• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Macros (preferred).
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Familiarity with EDI platforms.
