Customer Account Owner – French Speaking

About the role

As a Customer Experience Specialist you will be a key point of contact for customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, providing support and ensuring a smooth journey.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with customers via phone, email and other channels, answering questions and finding solutions.
• Take ownership of customer requests and issues, including urgent cases, and follow them through to resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Credit Management, Marketing and Operations teams to solve challenges.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and suggest improvements to the experience.
• Contribute ideas and participate in projects that streamline the customer journey.

Required profile

• Curious, proactive and eager to learn in an international environment.
• Organized, confident communicator who isn’t afraid to ask questions or share ideas.
• Motivated to take ownership of work and grow a career with a global company.

Required skills

• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
