Customer and Consumer Experience Intern

About the role

Full‑time unpaid internship in AB InBev’s Prague Capability Hub, working in the Customer Experience department on real business projects. Interns can rotate among Customer Experience, Consumer Experience Capabilities, or Business Intelligence roles, supporting order management, consumer care, and data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Drive initiatives to improve customer experience, handling order taking, disputes, returns, and creating orders using SAP, Salesforce, Excel, and Power BI.
• Support consumer inquiries across social media, Salesforce, and phone, and help develop Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys and recommendations.
• Analyse and visualise data, design dashboards and generate insights to enhance understanding of customer behaviour and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Final‑year Bachelor’s/Master’s student or recent graduate with legal authorization to work in the Czech Republic.
• Advanced proficiency in English; additional Dutch, German or French is advantageous.
• Proactive problem‑solver with strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
