Customer Care Associate – Italian/German

About the role

The Customer Care Associate acts as the central liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring a smooth experience from onboarding through post‑sales support. The role coordinates across Sales, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance, balancing customer needs with internal processes to deliver efficient and professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, quotations, order processing and post‑sales activities such as complaints, returns (RMA) and sustainability programs.
• Manage tickets and cases in Salesforce, ensuring timely resolution according to defined milestones.
• Maintain ERP data, including price lists, customer accounts and part codes, and process orders in the ERP system.
• Onboard customers onto the e‑commerce platform, manage accounts and create special order documentation (OSR, PKG).
• Coordinate with internal teams on pricing updates, inventory, logistics, credit management and payments.

Required profile

• University degree in Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer relationship or operations roles with progressive responsibility.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems.
• Advanced English plus advanced German or Italian; additional EU language is a plus.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to influence all organizational levels.
