Customer Experience Specialist – German

About the role

Join AB InBev as a Customer Experience Specialist supporting German‑speaking customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will be a primary point of contact, handling inquiries via phone, email and other channels while gaining hands‑on experience in an international business.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with customers and provide support through phone, email and other communication channels.
• Take ownership of customer requests, including urgent cases, and ensure they are resolved.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Credit Management, Marketing and Operations to address customer challenges.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and suggest improvements to the customer experience.
• Contribute ideas and participate in projects that streamline the customer journey.

Required profile

• Organized, confident communicator who is not afraid to ask questions or share ideas.
