Customer Experience Specialist

About the role

Join a fast‑growing team that is expanding its UK & Ireland customer support operations in Prague. You will help shape new ways of working, build a high‑performing team and deliver excellent customer experiences across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers across the UK & Ireland through multiple communication channels, handling the full order‑to‑delivery process.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Sales, Credit Management, Marketing and Operations to resolve issues.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective follow‑up.
• Analyse customer data and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives and the stabilisation of new activities in Prague.
