Customer Marketing Manager

About the role

Kontent.ai is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to turn customer success into compelling stories, proof points, references, and campaigns that drive pipeline, adoption, retention, expansion, and sales conversion. The role will own and grow the customer advocacy program, building trusted relationships with customers and helping them showcase the value they achieve with the world’s first Agentic CMS.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and expand the customer advocacy program, including stories, testimonials, webinars, events, and speaking opportunities.
• Partner with Customer Success to design and execute campaigns that increase adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Translate customer outcomes into clear narratives and maintain a library of approved stories, metrics, and proof points.
• Manage the Customer Advisory Board, coordinating meetings, agendas, and follow‑up actions while capturing feedback for product teams.
• Activate customer proof across sales, marketing, and demand‑generation initiatives, including web, paid media, social, and events.
• Establish scalable processes and reporting to track advocacy activity, campaign performance, and business impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to engage senior and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent storytelling and interviewing abilities to craft credible customer narratives.
• Commercial, program‑oriented mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
• Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple customers, approvals, and initiatives.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and a collaborative approach across cross‑functional teams.
• Genuine interest in AI, digital content, and evolving content operations.
