Customer Service Advisor (Bulgarian) – Remote

About the role

Join the digital media world and help customers of an online streaming service enjoy their favourite TV shows and films.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls, e‑mails, social‑media messages and live‑chat inquiries.
• Assist customers with service‑related issues and provide information on promotional events.
• Work scheduled shifts (morning 09:00‑17:45 or afternoon 13:15‑22:00) according to the market.
• No cold‑calling; the role is suitable for candidates without prior experience.

Required profile

• Good computer skills and solid knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to quickly identify customer problems, set priorities and manage daily tasks.
• Client‑oriented, patient, with strong communication skills.
• Team player comfortable in a call‑center environment.
• Native Bulgarian and communicative level of English (oral and written).
• Living in the Czech Republic is a plus.
