Customer Service Advisor (Croatian) – Remote

About the role

Join a dynamic digital media environment as a Customer Service Advisor, providing support in Croatian for an online streaming service. This remote position allows you to engage with customers via phone, email, social media, and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, e‑mails, and messages on social media and live chat from customers.
• Help customers with service‑related issues.
• Inform customers of promotional events.
• Work assigned shifts (morning 09:00‑17:45 or afternoon 13:15‑22:00).

Required profile

• Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to quickly identify customers' problems and needs.
• Strong communication skills and a client‑oriented approach.
• Team player able to work in a customer service environment.
• Native Croatian and communicative level of English (oral and written).
• Living in the Czech Republic is a plus.
