Customer Service Associate – German & English

About the role

Kyndryl is looking for a friendly, bilingual Customer Service Associate who can support customers in German and English. No prior IT experience is required – you will receive training on Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems and various cloud platforms while helping customers solve everyday problems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support via chat, email and Microsoft Teams, delivering concierge‑level service.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues on Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Escalate complex cases to back‑office teams and collaborate with senior colleagues.
• Continuously learn and obtain certifications such as Google Cloud, Azure or Microsoft.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in German and English (minimum B2 level).
• Customer‑focused mindset with empathy and active‑listening abilities.
• Growth mindset and willingness to develop technical knowledge.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 (especially Excel)
• Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems
• MS Teams
• Basic help‑desk and troubleshooting techniques
