Customer Service Representative – Brno

About the role

Join Mouser Electronics' Brno Customer Service Team and play a pivotal role in delivering top‑level support to our international clientele. You will be the first point of contact for order processing, quotations, and product information, helping to drive both new and repeat business.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders, quotes, returns and special handling requests with accuracy.
• Provide catalog information, product availability, and cross‑selling/up‑selling recommendations.
• Research, expedite, and monitor orders to ensure timely delivery and product quality.
• Maintain communication with customers to resolve concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Support local and regional Customer Service teams and handle additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a customer service role or equivalent education.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills in Czech and English.
• Strong commitment to service excellence and ability to work with international orders and multiple currencies.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and negotiation abilities, with organized and structured work habits.
• Self‑motivated, energetic, and able to collaborate in a cross‑cultural team.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
