Customer Service Representative – French Speaking

About the role

Join Nobel Biocare, a leading implantology business within the Envista group, as a Customer Service Representative supporting the French market. You will work closely with hospitals and dental clinics, ensuring seamless order processing and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking dental professionals and internal commercial teams.
• Manage customer orders in SAP, monitor progress, and handle consignment stock.
• Process complaints and any additional client requests promptly.
• Receive and respond to inquiries primarily via email (CRM) and phone.
• Collaborate with a team of 10 to continuously improve service quality.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native proficiency in French.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Strong curiosity and drive for continuous improvement.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
