Customer Service Representative – French Speaking

About the role

Join Envista’s Prague team as a Customer Service Representative supporting the French market. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and commercial teams, handling orders and inquiries from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Support the French market as the main liaison for clients and commercial teams.
• Manage customer orders in the ERP system – receive, monitor, and process them.
• Handle complaints and other client requests received via email (CRM) or phone.
• Provide timely and accurate information to ensure a smooth end‑to‑end experience.

Required profile

• Native or business‑fluent French and fluent English.
• Customer‑centric attitude with strong communication skills.
• Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with or ability to learn CRM tools.
• Experience with or ability to learn ERP systems.
