About the role

Join Ormco, the orthodontics business of Envista, as a Customer Service Representative supporting the German‑speaking market. You will be the primary point of contact for dental professionals, handling orders and inquiries end‑to‑end.

Key responsibilities

Receive, monitor and process customer orders in Oracle ERP.
Handle complaints and requests via email (CRM) or phone.
Collaborate with a team of eight to ensure smooth service for German‑speaking clients.

Required profile

Fluent in German and English.
Customer‑centric attitude with strong communication skills.
Attention to detail and good organizational abilities.

Required skills

Experience or willingness to learn CRM and ERP tools.
Basic proficiency with Oracle order management system.
