Customer Service Representative – Spanish Speaker

About the role

Join the Nobel Biocare team in Prague as a Customer Service Representative supporting the Iberia market. You will be the primary point of contact for dental professionals, handling orders and inquiries in both Spanish and English.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, monitor, and process customer orders in SAP.
• Handle complaints and various client requests via email (CRM) and phone.
• Collaborate with a team of 10 to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Native Spanish speaker with business‑fluent English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong communication skills.
• Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP for order management.
• Experience or ability to learn CRM and ERP tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
