About the role
UPS is looking for a friendly team member to help customers with their parcels. The work is mostly done at a computer, communicating with customs, billing departments and couriers. The position is based in Tuchoměřice, Prague.
Key responsibilities
- Help customers with delivery and processing of parcels
- Work with the company system (mostly at a computer)
- Communicate with customs and billing departments and with couriers
- Process orders and parcel-related requests
Required profile
- At least secondary school education
- Patience, empathy and customer orientation
- Very good communication skills
Required skills
- English at B2 level
