About the role
KONE, a global manufacturer of elevators and escalators, is looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer in Brno. You will work with the sales team to find the best solutions for passenger transport in new buildings, from modern offices and residential complexes to concert halls and sports arenas, and help shape the future of construction in the Czech Republic.
Key responsibilities
- Play a key role in designing and implementing custom elevators and escalators for new buildings in the Czech Republic
- Communicate intensively with other teams within KONE, both in the Czech Republic/Slovakia and with global teams
- Prepare and manage technical documentation and orders
Required profile
- Ideal candidate has a university degree in engineering or relevant experience in design and solution planning in construction or mechanical engineering
- Analytical thinking, teamwork spirit and motivation to move forward
- Fluent spoken and written English
Required skills
- Technical documentation and AutoCAD
- Good communication skills
