Customer Support Advisor – Bulgarian (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Bulgarian‑speaking Customer Support Advisor to join Concentrix’s Czech team. You will work from home, handling inbound customer contacts across phone, email and social media for a popular retail brand. The role offers a stable, shift‑based schedule and full training for candidates without prior experience.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone calls, e‑mails and social media platforms.
• Assist customers with service‑related questions and ensure efficient problem resolution.
• Handle only inbound calls – no cold calling.
• Work in a rotating shift pattern (8:00–17:00 or 9:00–18:00), including some weekends and bank holidays.
• Document interactions, update case details and perform back‑office administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve complex cases.
• Share insights with the team to continuously improve processes and service quality.

Required profile

• Native Bulgarian and communicative level of English (spoken and written).
• Interest in fashion and a genuine desire to help customers.
• Strong collaboration, flexibility and a team‑player attitude.
• Good computer skills with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to stay organized, set priorities and manage daily tasks effectively.
• Client‑oriented approach, patience and excellent communication skills.
