Customer Support Agent (Hybrid, Brno)

About the role

As a Customer Support specialist you will support pre‑ and post‑sales service to our customers. The position is based in Brno, Czech Republic, with a hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, providing information on price, availability, delivery expectations and order tracking.
• Sell electronic repair services and spare parts to end‑users via web and phone sales.
• Provide information about service offerings, resolve misunderstandings and coordinate contacts with management and technical personnel.
• Support managers and technical staff by providing administrative assistance.
• Assist both internal and external customers to ensure excellent service.
• Prioritise workload, monitor tasks and use initiative while being a team player.
• Ensure deliverables follow the Customer Agreement.
• Seek out and participate in technical and personal development opportunities.

Required profile

• Fluent in Czech or Slovak and English.
• Completed secondary education (Střední škola/Obchodní akademie).
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Pro‑active attitude and willingness to develop professionally.
• Experience with administrative tasks in a customer service environment.
• Motivated team player.
