Customer Support Specialist – German (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will handle German-language requests from multiple channels. You will work in an international team, communicating with both internal and external partners, and help our global partners worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Deal with customer requests and provide direct answers or forward them to the responsible persons.
• Manage requests and their lifecycle in the internal system.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email and contact form.
• Communicate with internal partners.
• Support contract and related processes as needed.

Required profile

• Communicative person who likes to learn new things.
• Advanced German language skills (reading, writing, speaking).
• Basic English language skills.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
• Ability to express oneself clearly, listen, be empathetic and handle partner problems objectively.
• Team‑spirit, sociable, cooperative and customer‑oriented.
