Cyber Security Threat Hunter – Prague

About the role

Accenture’s Cyber Fusion Center in Prague is seeking a Cyber Security Threat Hunter to join its managed Threat Hunting team. You will work with global clients to uncover hidden threats that bypass traditional preventive and detective controls, using advanced hunting methodologies and cutting‑edge tools.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct proactive threat hunting on client endpoint and network data to detect active adversaries.
• Analyze Windows and network telemetry to identify malicious behaviors and TTPs.
• Develop and execute hunting queries in SIEM platforms such as Splunk, QRadar or Microsoft Sentinel.
• Produce clear findings, reports and presentations for technical and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with incident response and engineering teams to remediate discovered threats.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in information security operations or threat hunting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows internals, networking fundamentals and common attack vectors.
• Understanding of enterprise architectures, large‑scale IT environments and malware behaviors.
• Ability to work with IoC lifecycle, statistical analysis and automation scripting.
• Excellent documentation, reporting and communication skills.

Required skills

• Threat hunting techniques on endpoint and network data.
• Windows internals, networking protocols, and attack‑vector analysis.
• SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel) and EDR solutions (CrowdStrike, FireEye HX, Endgame, Defender ATP).
• Scripting languages: Python, PowerShell, Bash.
• Statistical/quantitative analysis methods.
