Cybersecurity Consultant

About the role

As a manager you will lead the newly established Threat Detection & Response (TDR) delivery team, ensuring high‑quality technical services that improve clients’ security posture. You will act as the main client contact, mentor senior associates, and help shape service offerings and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end client engagements, manage scope, priorities, escalations and delivery quality, and present outcomes to C‑level and CISO stakeholders.
• Provide hands‑on expertise in SIEM, threat hunting, incident response and detection engineering, reviewing technical outputs and offering architectural guidance.
• Mentor senior associates, drive presales activities, define and scale service offerings, and create reusable delivery assets.

Required profile

• 6–10+ years of cybersecurity experience, including at least 2 years in consulting or client‑facing roles.
• Proven ability to lead projects, communicate with security leadership in business terms, and mentor junior or mid‑level team members.
• Fluent English (C1); Czech is a plus.

Required skills

• SIEM platforms (preferably Splunk) and SIEM architecture design.
• Threat hunting, incident response and detection engineering.
• Log management strategies and use‑case framework development.
• Microsoft Sentinel, Azure and AWS cloud security at an architectural level.
• SOAR implementation and automation of detection & response processes.
• MITRE ATT&CK framework and threat modeling.
