About the role

As a Recruiter III you will act as a strategic talent advisor, managing full‑cycle recruitment for Operations and R&D positions across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for diverse Operations and R&D roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to design effective sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using Boolean search, direct sourcing, and social media recruiting.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Contribute to shaping the overall talent strategy and employer brand.

Required profile

• Advanced degree + 3 years or Bachelor’s degree + 5 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in life sciences, healthcare, or corporate environments.
• Fluency in both English and Czech.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools; Workday knowledge preferred.
• Strong expertise in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social media recruiting.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for metrics reporting and presentations.
