Delivery and Business Development Manager - Application Development

About the role

PwC Czech Republic is looking for an experienced Delivery and Business Development Manager to lead custom software development projects for financial and industrial clients. You will combine client relationship management with market expansion activities while ensuring high‑quality delivery of application solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities, building a pipeline of prospective customers.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of custom software applications, coordinating development, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Collaborate with the Application Development team to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to shape service offerings.
• Travel internationally to meet clients and expand PwC’s global network.

• Proven experience in managing software delivery projects and business development activities.
• Strong client‑facing skills with a track record of building long‑term relationships.
