Demi Chef de Partie – All-Day Dining Restaurant

About the role

We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Seven North, a vibrant all‑day dining restaurant in the heart of Prague. You will work in a dynamic open‑kitchen environment, supporting the creation of Mediterranean‑inspired dishes and ensuring smooth service throughout the day.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and replenish all mise‑en‑place items promptly and to the required standards.
• Cook dishes according to the established recipes, portion sizes and presentation guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels, anticipate shortages and communicate needs to senior chefs.
• Maintain strict adherence to HACCP and food‑safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the kitchen brigade to keep the line running efficiently during service.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience working in a professional kitchen.
• Strong willingness to learn, develop culinary skills and progress within the brigade.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
