Demi Chef – Hotel Kitchen

About the role

Join the culinary team at Four Seasons Hotel Prague as a Demi Chef. You will work closely with the Chef de Partie, taking ownership of a designated station and helping to deliver high‑quality dishes in a historic, luxury setting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes in your assigned section to the highest standards.
• Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations, including station setup and post‑service cleaning.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control during service.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Assist in training and guiding junior team members.
• Manage ingredient handling, storage, rotation, and waste reduction.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Demi Chef or in a comparable kitchen role.
• Solid understanding of culinary techniques and kitchen workflow.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently while being a team player.
• Good communication skills and a good command of English.
