Digital Innovation & Systems Senior Specialist

About the role

The Senior Specialist of Digital Innovation & Systems will oversee the tools and systems used by the Regulatory Planning and Publishing (RPP) team, ensuring alignment with the GRACS Digital Strategy and supporting a more connected, agile data environment.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and manage enterprise‑wide digital tools, recommending adoption of new Microsoft, AI‑based solutions for the RPP team.
• Represent the RPP team in cross‑functional forums and ensure change‑management, communication and training accompany each digital rollout.
• Analyse systems and processes, raise quality or compliance risks, and contribute to process improvements.
• Mentor RPP personnel on tool and business‑process changes and may perform testing and training.

Required profile

• High school diploma with 10 years experience, or associate degree with 8 years, or bachelor’s degree with 5 years in a relevant pharmaceutical regulatory environment.
• At least 5 years of pharmaceutical experience focused on business processes, regulatory submission planning, and supporting technology.
