Distribution Channel Analyst

About the role

Medtronic, a global healthcare technology company, is looking for a Distribution Channel Analyst in Prague. Working under the leadership of the commercial lead, the analyst is an individual contributor responsible for increasing business in a given geographic area, developing new therapies and meeting or exceeding targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage indirect channel partner agreements and due diligence
• Manage the Securimate platform and keep it up to date
• Screen and evaluate indirect channel partners
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure business continuity
• Lead the development, monitoring, coordination and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) in EurAsia

Required profile

• At least 2-3 years of experience in compliance, contract or distribution management
• Bachelor's degree in Management or Business Administration
• Attention to detail, dedication and ownership, with ability to deliver and oversee projects from design to implementation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; able to communicate with internal and external customers and vendors and to negotiate and influence decisions

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to handle moderately complex, undefined problems through detailed analysis and investigation

What we offer

• Salary range in Czechia of 920,000 to 1,380,000 CZK, depending on experience, skills and qualifications
