District Manager - Retail

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a District Manager in Prague to drive revenue and EBIT by achieving and exceeding KPIs for a cluster of stores. The role builds and leads a team of Store Managers, with about 80% of the time spent in stores and 20% in the office. Fluent Czech and English are mandatory; communicative Polish is a strong asset.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, assess and lead Store Managers, giving them direct and continuous feedback
• Ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and applied consistently across stores
• Support Store Managers with payroll management and staff scheduling to improve productivity and labour efficiency
• Build relationships with key business partners across the cluster
• Act as a Levi's brand ambassador and train store teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Analyse and monitor store performance, KPIs and business results
• Supervise the implementation of company processes, guidelines and tools, and ensure adequate stock coverage
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability and implement action plans
• Drive adherence to visual merchandising standards and reinforce service expectations and training programs
• Optimize, grow, open, relocate or close retail locations when applicable, and champion change management

Required profile

• At least 3 years in a Store Management position with proven leadership achievements
• Experience managing both Factory Outlet and Mainline stores is an advantage
• Track record of improving customer service, sales performance and the shopping experience
• Dynamic leadership, mentoring and team development experience
• Strong commercial awareness, analytical skills and stakeholder management
• Willingness to travel extensively within the district

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and retail performance reporting
• Fluent Czech and English (mandatory); communicative Polish preferred

What we offer

• Expected starting salary of CZK 909,500 to CZK 1,212,700 gross per year, depending on education, qualifications, performance and needs
