Domain Governance Senior Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Domain Governance to lead and scale our company’s global domain governance and rationalization strategy across digital properties. This role ensures a secure, compliant, and optimized domain ecosystem, improving user experience, SEO performance, cost efficiency, and digital scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise domain governance framework, including policies, standards, and lifecycle management.
• Support domain consolidation and rationalization initiatives to reduce fragmentation and improve scalability.
• Oversee end‑to‑end domain lifecycle processes and maintain centralized visibility into domain inventory, ownership, and usage.
• Ensure the domain portfolio complies with security, privacy, legal, and regulatory standards, including healthcare and pharma requirements.
• Create dashboards, scorecards, and governance reports for leadership and market stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in digital governance, web operations, or IT governance.
• Strong understanding of domain management, DNS, hosting, and web platform ecosystems.
• Experience working in global, cross‑functional environments and managing complex portfolios at scale.
• Familiarity with security, compliance, and risk management practices.
