Drug Safety Analyst – Spanish Language

About the role

The Drug Safety Analyst with Spanish will translate and enter individual case safety reports (ICSRs) into the client’s pharmacovigilance system, ensuring compliance with global procedures and regional submission requirements. The role combines medical translation, data entry, and quality review within a multicultural team.

Key responsibilities

• Translate case information from the local language into English while preserving medical and country‑specific context.
• Enter relevant data into the client’s submission platform and submit completed ICSR cases.
• Perform quality reviews and internal case quality control to guarantee accurate information.
• Contact reporters in the local language to obtain follow‑up information when needed.
• Adhere to deadlines, compliance policies, and Accenture contractual requirements.

Required profile

• Native‑level speaking and writing proficiency in Spanish; strong written English skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in language studies or life sciences.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a multicultural environment.
• Prior experience in the life‑science sector (e.g., nursing, veterinary, pharmacy) is a plus but not mandatory.
