E-commerce & Performance Manager

About the role

Vilgain is looking for an experienced E‑commerce & Performance Manager to own the full P&L of its online business across multiple European markets. You will lead the in‑house PPC team, shape the full‑funnel strategy and turn performance marketing into a growth engine.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a monthly advertising budget of over 10 M CZK, tracking revenue, margins, AOV and CAC while focusing on contribution margin and LTV.
• Lead, mentor and set standards for the internal PPC team, auditing accounts and handling complex setups.
• Define and execute full‑funnel strategies on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and other platforms.
• Own the roadmap for tracking, attribution and A/B testing on landing pages and ad platforms.
• Decide where to scale or cut across markets (UK, DE, PL, etc.) and shape product assortment accordingly.
• Collaborate with the CRM team on email, retention and marketing calendar alignment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of e‑commerce and performance marketing experience, preferably both agency and in‑house.
• Proven track record managing multimillion‑budget accounts across multiple markets.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering measurable results.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to make decisions without a playbook.
