E‑Commerce Key Account Manager – NIVEA (CZ/SK)

About the role

Beiersdorf is seeking an E‑Commerce Key Account Manager to drive the NIVEA portfolio across the Czech and Slovak markets. The role will develop and execute local e‑commerce strategies, align with regional plans, and ensure product availability and successful launches on key online platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement local e‑commerce strategy, delivering annual business plans, net sales targets, and budget forecasts.
• Plan, launch and optimise product launches, brand activations and promotional campaigns on e‑POS, coordinating with marketing and supply‑chain teams.
• Manage key account relationships, create promo plans, oversee stock availability, and set up direct delivery systems for major e‑commerce customers.
• Monitor brand and competitor activities, track performance metrics (NS, GM, UV, CVR, share) and drive interventions to meet agreed targets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (marketing, supply chain, controlling) to ensure alignment with brand strategy and uphold company values.

Required profile

• Master’s degree and at least 3 years of e‑commerce experience, preferably in Key Account Management.
• Proven sales mindset with strong commercial acumen and solid analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English.
• Self‑motivated, proactive with a “can‑do” attitude and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative team player who thrives in cross‑functional settings and demonstrates resilience and ownership.
