Embedded Software Developer – C/C++ (IoT Smart Home)

About the role

We are looking for a C/C++ developer to join our small team in Brno. The team creates embedded software for drive‑unit products such as windows, shutters and blinds, turning them into next‑generation IoT solutions within Matter‑based Smart Home ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop embedded software components in C and C++.
• Design modular, object‑oriented software for drive‑unit based products.
• Create and run unit and integration tests.
• Write and maintain development documentation.
• Maintain the software platform for windows, shutters and blinds.
• Transform electronic products into Matter‑based IoT solutions.
• Introduce new smart features that improve indoor comfort and health.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in embedded software development.
• Proficiency in C and C++ programming for embedded environments.
• Familiarity with object‑oriented design and software documentation.
• Ability to develop and execute unit and integration tests.
• University degree in electronics, informatics or automation.
• Fluent English and Czech language skills.
