Enablement Specialist – Partner Training & Onboarding

About the role

Shoptet, the leading e‑commerce platform in Central and Eastern Europe, is expanding into new European markets. As an Enablement Specialist you will ensure that local partner support teams are fully trained and ready to assist end‑customers from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding and training programmes for partners’ L1 support teams.
• Build a repeatable onboarding framework to be used across future market launches.
• Create training content and workflows leveraging AI tools.
• Contribute to the shared knowledge base (Confluence and local help centres) together with the Knowledge & Enablement team.
• Run recurring training sessions and occasionally travel for in‑person onboarding.

Required profile

• Based in Prague with excellent written and spoken English (C1 level).
• Project‑management experience, comfortable establishing processes from scratch.
• Background in training, knowledge transfer or enablement.
• Ability to work independently in an ambiguous, fast‑moving environment.
• Strong time‑management, organisation and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑enabled workflow and content‑creation tools.
• Experience with knowledge‑base platforms such as Confluence.
