Energy Partner Service Engineer - Solar

About the role

Huawei is looking for an Energy Partner Service Engineer for its solar business in Prague. The role works with installers and service partners to build their capabilities, supports customers technically and develops the service partner system.

Key responsibilities

• Work with installers to develop their capabilities, visit them regularly, set joint improvement plans based on Huawei and partner targets, analyse weaknesses, collect feedback and track closure
• Act as part of the technical support team, passing technical capabilities down to help customers handle their issues
• Build and expand the service partner system, learn industry best practice, adapt partner policies, organise certification, renewal and upgrades, and plan the rep office's partner system
• Create installer training maps based on business gaps and future plans, and deliver regular training
• Manage partner performance, incentives, quality, security, cyber security, privacy and compliance

Required profile

• Technical university degree (electrical, power, electronics or similar)
• Ability to cooperate with people from different cultures
• Fluent English and Czech
• Good customer communication skills
• Willingness to travel
• Interest in renewable energy; power system or renewable energy experience is a plus
• Eligibility to work and live in Prague

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Word
• 1 year of customer support experience preferred
