Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of software developers in Prague to design and deliver product features.
- Collaborate with product management and cross‑functional software teams to define requirements and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide technical direction, mentorship, and quality oversight throughout the software development lifecycle.
Required profile
- 5+ years of software engineering management experience.
- 5+ years of hands‑on development in languages such as C++, Java, Python or Go.
- Proven ability to manage full SDLC projects, deliver on schedule, and incorporate customer feedback.
