Enterprise Business Development Representative

About the role

Adyen is looking for a high‑potential Enterprise Business Development Representative to join its Enterprise Business Representative team. You will work closely with senior sellers, marketers and partner managers to generate high‑value pipeline for large merchants and help shape Adyen’s go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically target high‑potential accounts using signal‑informed insights and commercial strategy.
• Design and support multi‑channel campaigns that align with buyer needs, market trends and strategic priorities, in partnership with Sales, Marketing & Partnerships.
• Execute creative prospecting with highly tailored messaging that resonates with merchant priorities.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to develop strategic account plans and continuously refine outreach based on feedback.
• Leverage AI‑enabled tools and workflows to optimise prospecting and uncover early‑stage opportunities.
• Identify new business prospects at industry events through targeted in‑person engagement.
• Operate at the intersection of strategy, execution and enablement, helping shape Adyen’s market approach.
