Fashion Advisor – Luxury Retail (Prague)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic fashion advisors to join Chanel’s boutique in Prague, delivering unparalleled service and creating a luxurious experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clients with tailored advice on current collections, including ready‑to‑wear, leather goods, shoes, fragrances, accessories, watches and exclusive jewellery.
• Ensure an excellent level of service that reflects Chanel’s values.
• Establish and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with a diverse, international team within the boutique.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in a comparable sales or advisory role; luxury retail experience is a plus.
• High service orientation with a proven sales background.
• Immaculate personal presentation and strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, enjoyment in serving international clients, flexibility and stress resistance.
• Fluent communication in Czech and English; additional languages are a plus.
