Field Sales Representative – HoReCa (Czech Republic & Slovakia)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Field Sales Representative to grow our HoReCa (hotels, restaurants and catering) customer base in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. You will act as the main point of contact for planners, dealers and end‑customers, delivering tailored, sustainable solutions for our commercial cleaning and disinfection equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Support and develop the HoReCa customer base across Czech Republic and Slovakia.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with planners, dealers and end‑customers.
• Implement the regional group strategy and translate it into actionable measures.
• Collaborate closely with key contacts at the headquarters in Vienna and within the MEIKO group.
• Strengthen market position, increase market share and achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Required profile

• Solid professional experience in a comparable sales position.
• Enthusiasm for technology and willingness to acquire technical knowledge of the product range.
• Highly sales‑driven mindset with proven ability to meet targets.
• Residence in Prague or the surrounding area with a home‑office setup.
• Excellent English communication skills; German is an advantage.
