About the role
We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Specialist to own finance and operations as REVEL closes its seed round and scales. Based on‑site in Prague, you will work directly with the founders, managing budgeting, cash flow, runway, reporting and tax matters while keeping day‑to‑day operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Manage budgeting, cash flow, runway and financial reporting.
- Own and coordinate the company’s tax agenda, including filings and compliance.
- Support fundraising, investor relations and due diligence.
- Oversee vendor management, legal coordination and office operations.
Required profile
- Experience in finance and/or operations, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong financial, analytical and organizational skills.
- Comfortable building and improving systems and processes.
- High level of trust, ownership and attention to detail.
