Finance Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to work closely with Operations leadership at our fulfillment centers in Prague. The role combines financial analysis, business partnering and driving operational improvements. You will turn numbers into actionable decisions that boost efficiency and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a true Finance Business Partner to Operations leadership, providing analysis and decision‑making support.
• Help maximise warehouse efficiency by improving labour performance and non‑labour cost structures.
• Identify risks, inefficiencies and gaps in processes and drive corrective actions.
• Build business cases, ad‑hoc analyses and deep‑dives to support strategic decisions.
• Participate in monthly financial statements, budgeting, operational planning and external audits.
• Collaborate on cross‑functional projects and support the development of internal systems.

Required profile

• Experience as a Senior Controller or Finance Business Partner.
• Proven track record of working with non‑finance teams and delivering actionable insights.
• Strong analytical thinking and confidence handling complex data sets.
• Good understanding of business economics and basic accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, lookup/search functions, etc.).
• Fluent in Czech or Slovak and English (minimum B2 level).
