Finance Manager

About the role

Join SUPRAPHON and support the financial management of a respected music label. In this role you will contribute to financial controlling, reporting, and process improvement while working closely with accounting, sales, royalties, and international expert teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, as well as ad‑hoc analyses for management.
• Support accounting processes by preparing and reviewing documentation for accounting entries.
• Contribute to financial management activities.
• Collaborate closely with accounting, royalties, and physical & digital sales teams, as well as international expert teams.
• Support the setup and further development of accounting and reporting systems.
• Support the development and improvement of reporting tools and controlling processes.
• Participate in designing and optimizing controlling processes and financial analyses.

Required profile

• University degree in economics or a related field.
• Minimum 4 + years of experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Czech accounting (IFRS knowledge is an advantage).
• Advanced Excel skills, including working with large data sets.
• Experience with SAP financial systems (advantage).
• Fluent in Czech and professionally fluent in English.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured work approach.
• Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn.
