Finance Manager – Real Estate & Hospitality

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the finance function for a diversified portfolio of office properties and hospitality assets in the Czech Republic. Reporting to senior business leaders, the role combines financial planning, treasury, reporting and tax responsibilities while partnering with both local and international stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑term business planning across the real‑estate portfolio.
• Provide financial analysis to support leasing, pricing, occupancy and renovation decisions.
• Manage liquidity, cash‑flow forecasting and working‑capital, overseeing banking relationships and covenant compliance.
• Ensure timely statutory and IFRS reporting for multiple entities and lead audit activities.
• Oversee corporate tax, VAT, property tax compliance and support tax planning.
• Maintain internal controls, drive finance transformation and process improvements.
• Review hotel operator performance, monitor KPIs and compare results against budgets.
• Lead, develop and mentor the finance team, coordinating reporting, audit and business projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; ACCA, CPA or CIMA a plus.
• 7+ years of finance leadership experience, preferably in real estate, construction, investment or hospitality.
• Fluent in Czech and English.
• Proven experience with IFRS, statutory reporting, budgeting, forecasting and treasury management.
