Finance Manager – Transformation Office

About the role

The Finance Manager, Transformation Office will act as a strategic finance partner for business and transformation leaders, delivering financial leadership, performance insights and decision support to accelerate transformation outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day execution of strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines and benefit realization.
• Develop and maintain transformation roadmaps, work‑plans, milestones and success metrics, and coordinate governance forums.
• Drive standardisation, simplification and continuous‑improvement of international finance and controlling processes.
• Partner with finance, commercial, supply‑chain and operations leaders to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations.
• Produce executive‑ready dashboards, reports and presentations to support governance and leadership decision‑making.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of progressive finance experience (FP&A, business partnering, finance transformation or consulting).
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage cross‑functional initiatives.
• Experience with large‑scale transformation, integration or business‑improvement programmes in a multinational, matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced financial modelling and performance‑management expertise.

Required skills

• Advanced financial modelling and analytics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Business‑intelligence and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx or similar).
• Strong knowledge of ERP platforms and financial reporting systems.
