Finance Specialist – Part‑time

About the role

Billigence is looking for a Finance Specialist to manage invoicing, purchase orders and approvals for its Czech, German and Polish offices. This part‑time, 0.5 FTE position works closely with the Finance Manager for Europe and offers flexible hybrid working.

Key responsibilities

• Manage invoicing and payment processing across European entities (CZ, DE, PL).
• Create and send invoices based on sales inputs and follow up on customer documentation.
• Handle purchase orders, licence renewals and approval workflows.
• Maintain organized and accurate spreadsheets, tables and financial records.
• Communicate with colleagues and clients to resolve day‑to‑day issues.
• Identify inefficiencies, propose workflow improvements and share practical solutions.

Required profile

• Experience in AR/AP, finance support or back‑office finance roles.
• Solid knowledge of invoicing, invoice processing and finance administration.
• Ability to manage multi‑step processes and cross‑border tasks independently.
• Native‑level Czech and English at B2 level for daily communication.
• Detail‑oriented, independent and good communicator with a drive to improve workflows.

Required skills

• Familiarity with accounting systems such as ABRA, Datev or wflow (plus).
