About the role

CTP is looking for a Junior Financial Accountant to join its international real‑estate and logistics park development team. You will support the Invest Accounting function by handling a wide range of accounting documents and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, check and book accounting documents such as invoices, bank statements, payroll, employee expenses and asset records.
• Communicate with clients and suppliers, including handling retentions and guarantees.
• Co‑operate with colleagues from other departments across the Group.
• Reconcile accounts for monthly and yearly closings.
• Prepare documentation for external audits and assist auditors.
• Prepare VAT and other tax declaration documentation.
• Generate statistical, management and ad‑hoc reports as requested.

Required profile

• Junior‑level candidate with a strong interest in finance and accounting.
• Ability to work with detailed accounting documents and follow established procedures.
• Good communication skills for interaction with internal teams, clients and suppliers.
